1.Exhibitor passes

You can create exhibitor passes for yourself and your staff for each event at which you are represented as an exhibitor. An unlimited number of passes can be created.

Exhibitor passes are calculated according to usage.

Every used exhibitor pass will be deducted from your free allocation.

Once your free allocation is used up, we shall bill you after the event the sum of EUR XX.xx  (plus VAT) for each exhibitor pass.

Please note that you will only be charged for exhibitor passes that are additional to your free allocation.

You can track the status of your exhibitor passes on the overview at any time.

2. Visitor admission Vouchers

You can create digital visitor admission vouchers and send them directly to your customers for each event at which you are represented as an exhibitor. Your customers can convert these into valid admission tickets by registering.

When forwarding the visitor vouchers to your customers, you can also use Messe Frankfurt's invitation service.
For this purpose, a contract for the commissioning of order processing must be concluded.

An unlimited number of digital vouchers can be created.

You will be billed the sum of EUR X.XX (plus VAT) after the event only for visitor admission vouchers that are actually used for admission.
